BB5 5 vs 5 Knockout Tournament

After you were able to show us that you can to command ships of different tiers it is now time to see if you can command supreme ships as well.

To command a small destroyer, cruiser or battle cruiser and thereby supporting your team is paramount, we now want to see if you are able to tackle other opponents directly, if you can stand your line in the eye of the enemy!

Therefore we send you to our new secret naval base where you will have to face a tough selection program! You will have to fight as a team against other candidates. Choose early on which nation you will command, to create a team that can play with all different BB5.

In the end you will be responsible for victory or defeat! Create your own fortune and fight for the crown of the best BB5 crew in Europe!

Registration:

Send an E-Mail to with the subject BB5 5on5 KO. In this mail, you should give us your teamname and name all 6 members of your team (cross-server teams are possible). The sender of the E-Mail is registered as the teamleader and receives the data of the account´s a few days before the event starts. The teamleader must be able to arrange appointments in english!

The whole event takes place on the Event-Server!

For all those players that aren’t able to find a group, we will post a forum-thread (CLICK ME), where you can enlist yourself and team up!

End of registration is 04.11.2011 23:59 (Servertime).
Maximum of teams: There is a maximum of 128 teams. After that limit is reached the the registration will be closed prematurely.

Tournament schedule:

First you will be playing play a preliminary group round. The group size depends on the number registered teams. The group mode will be played “all vs all”. Per match three rounds will be played, so a game ends 2:1 or 3:0. For a round victory you earn small points and for a match victory there is a big point. To determine the group winner first the big points are scored, are these the same the small points are scored. Without a difference in both the direct comparison will count.
One to four teams per group will (depending on the number of registrations) reach the Knockout-Round. In the knockout-round a game has to take place all 3 to 4 days. Even though the round takes 2 weeks as whole we want to see constant progress over time.


Event-Duration:

All together: 4 weeks, 2 weeks for the Group-round + 2 weeks knockout-round

Eventstart: 07.11.2011

Tournament-rules:

* 6 Players per team
* Every player is only allowed to be part in one team
* The games are played with 5 or less players, never more.

* setup: the team consists of 1xH44, 1xLion 2, 1x Super Yamato, 1x Montana and 1x Alsace
* Every team gets 5 accounts on the Eventserver with enough sailors for every nation.
* The sailors will have standard values in ability and number of vets/experts
* there will no referees in group round

game-rules:
* no boarder-humping
* no smokes
* no lvl 120 scout
* Map = no way out 1
* If a player crashes in the first 60 seconds the round has to be replayed (please tell the opponent immediately!)
* If a game is “out of sync”, it has to be replayed
* maximum time per game round: 25 Minutes
* Violating this rules results in a lose of the corresponding round

victory conditions:

* all ships of the enemy are sunk
* After the gametime is up, the team that has more ships will be the winner, if both teams have an equal number of ships, the dealed damage counts (Screenshots pls!).


Organisational matters:

* central communication tool will be the Navyfield Forum (NF Board). We will open topics for all groups where you can write your playtimes and arrange your games with the other teams
* The Event Team has to be informed about arranged matches by both teams via E-Mail. If a team ist not avaiable at a arranged match, the victory is given to the other team with 3:0, if you didn’t inform the Event Team via Mail and your enemy team in your Group-Forum (see above) 2 hours in advance about your refusal.
* Please take a daily look on the rule-post, your group post to see possible rule changes and additions. If you loose your game because of an added rule, its your own fault.
* Accountsharing is strictly forbidden, we will check, which player of your team participate at which game. In the case that we can verify, that one player was not part of the team in a certain match, we will count this game as a loose - even afterwards.
* Passing on account data to people, who are not part of your team is forbidden!

Last arbitration or mediator in ALL questions concerning the rules is the Event Team.

Final Hints:
* If you register for an Event, be reminded of the needed time. If you are not able to be online in the main game times some days in a row, it will be hard to find matching game times.
* A member of the Event-Team will try to be online daily from 19.00 to 20.00, to answer questions and solve possible Problems.
* This Event is not organised by TNF!!! Therefore TNF will be able to answer most of your Questions after talking to the Event Team. Should you have problem, questions or wishes, please concact the Event Team via Email or in the Helpdesk on TS.

Rewards

Following rewards for each team:

1.rank: 60 weeks premium + 180.000 Token + 6 EBB3
2.rank: 40 weeks premium + 60.000 Token + 6 EBB3
3.rank: 20 weeks premium + 6 EBB3
4. - 16. rank: 10 weeks premium

You can divide the rewards within your team after the complete tournament.

Amongst all participants, that have played all games of the group-round there will be EBB3 raffled. All people that reached rank 1 to 3 will not take part of this lottery. The number of EBB is dependent of the number of participants and will be puplished with the release of the groups.

EBB are neither transferable nor changeable into token. In the case that you have all 4 EBB3 you will get as alternative 3 days premium credited.
